Why in-country

Bahrain's personal data protection law allows transfers only to countries on the Authority's list, or with case-by-case authorisation. Automated processing of sensitive and biometric data needs authorisation too. When the model runs inside Bahrain, there is no transfer to authorise.

The rules at a glance

  • PDPL No. 30 of 2018: the general personal data law.
  • Transfers abroad: only to countries on the Authority's list (83, per DLA Piper) or with case-by-case authorisation.
  • Article 15: automated processing of sensitive data, and biometrics, need authorisation. Breaches are reported within 72 hours.
  • AI: a national policy (July 2025); the AI bill is still a proposal.

Arabic the way people write it

Orchestra anchors on Arabic, with English for mixed environments, and understands Gulf, Egyptian and Levantine Arabic the way staff and customers write them, even when Arabic and English mix in one message.

What we deploy

NoorAI deploys a complete stack that you own: Orchestra, our 14-billion-parameter Arabic-native language model trained in-house, a low-code agent platform wired into your systems, and the engineers who deploy and run it with you.

By sector: banking, government, healthcare and telecom.

Where it runs

  • Inside your data centre, air-gapped when you need it.
  • In a private cloud you own or rent in-country.
  • In a dedicated VPC with an in-country provider.

How we start

We start with a short Discover phase: the use case, the data and the regulatory requirements, with pass criteria agreed before anything is bought. Then Deploy with a parallel run, then Operate with monthly support.

Frequently asked questions

Can it run in a cloud in Bahrain instead of our own data centre?

Yes, in a private cloud or a dedicated VPC with an in-country provider, with the same security controls.

Do you have an office in Bahrain?

No. Our headquarters and engineering team are in Cairo, and we work with partners in Dubai and Riyadh.
