Arabic AI that keeps health data inside the hospital.
Health data is among the most protected in the region, and patients write in their own dialects. Orchestra runs inside your data centre and helps administrative and clinical teams without replacing a clinician’s judgement.
What it does
- Patient front desk and appointments: An assistant on WhatsApp and web for booking, changes and general questions, which understands the patient’s dialect and hands over to a person when needed. It does not diagnose or prescribe.
- Documentation drafts: Turning dictation into text and preparing a structured draft for the clinician to review and sign off.
- Insurance requests and approvals: Preparing pre-authorisation files and checking they are complete before submission, with the decision left to a person.
- Internal protocol search: Answers for staff from internal policies and protocols, citing the source.
Why inside your premises
Most laws in the region treat health data as a special category. In Qatar, for example, processing it, including transfers abroad, needs prior permission, as we explain in our article on Qatar’s rules. When processing stays inside the hospital, there is no transfer to justify, and every action is logged.
What we deploy
NoorAI deploys a complete stack that you own: Orchestra, our 14-billion-parameter Arabic-native language model trained in-house, a low-code agent platform wired into your systems, and the engineers who deploy and run it with you. It runs inside your data centre, air-gapped, or in an in-country private cloud.
How we start
We usually suggest a hospital starts with an administrative task, away from clinical decisions. A typical first project:
- An appointments and general-questions assistant on one channel, or internal protocol search for staff.
- A test set of real patient messages, kept inside the hospital, that deliberately includes medical questions it must not answer.
- Pass criteria agreed before anything is bought: never medical advice, a correct handover to a person, and understanding the patient's dialect.
- A parallel run with the front-desk team, then documentation drafts and insurance requests.
Then we deploy and operate it with you, with monthly support. We work in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and across the Gulf.
Frequently asked questions
Does it give diagnoses or medical advice?
No. It helps with administrative tasks and documentation, and clinical decisions always stay with the clinician.
Does patient data leave the hospital?
No. The model, indexes and logs run inside your environment, and can run air-gapped.
Does it connect to the hospital system?
Yes. The agent platform connects to your systems through interfaces you define, inside your network, with the permissions you grant.
