Arabic AI that runs inside the entity, not outside it.
Citizens write in their dialects, official correspondence is in formal Arabic, and documents must not leave the network. Orchestra runs inside your data centre, fully air-gapped when required.
What it does
- Citizen services on existing channels: An assistant that answers questions about services and procedures from approved sources, in formal Arabic and dialects, and hands over to a person when needed.
- Official correspondence: Classifying, summarising and routing incoming letters, and drafting replies in formal Arabic for review.
- Archive and regulation search: Answers for staff from regulations, decisions and archives, citing the source, respecting classification levels and access rights.
- Meeting minutes: Turning Arabic speech into text and summarising it into structured minutes, inside the network.
Why inside your premises
Government entities often require data and models to stay in-country, and many run on isolated networks. Rules are moving towards more localisation, as in SDAIA’s draft requirement to store data in the Kingdom. Orchestra needs no outside connection, so it runs wherever your systems run.
If your staff use public cloud tools today, we compare the two paths fairly in a ChatGPT alternative for government.
What we deploy
NoorAI deploys a complete stack that you own: Orchestra, our 14-billion-parameter Arabic-native language model trained in-house, a low-code agent platform wired into your systems, and the engineers who deploy and run it with you. It runs inside your data centre, air-gapped, or in an in-country private cloud.
How we start
We usually suggest an entity starts with one department and an internal task, on its isolated network if it has one. A typical first project:
- Regulation and decision search for one department, from the archive it already works with.
- A test set of its staff's real questions, with answers and formal Arabic reviewed by the department's own staff.
- Pass criteria agreed before anything is bought: citing the right article or decision, and respecting classification levels and access rights.
- A parallel run, then correspondence drafting, and citizen services last.
Then we deploy and operate it with you, with monthly support. We work in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and across the Gulf.
Frequently asked questions
Does it run on a network fully isolated from the internet?
Yes. The model, retrieval, logs and safety layer run inside the network, and updates arrive through a channel you control.
Does it write formal Arabic?
Yes. Modern Standard Arabic is the model’s foundation, and it understands dialects in citizens’ messages.
Who owns the model and the data?
The data, indexes and logs are yours, and the model runs on your hardware.
