NoorAI is the trading name of AlIshraq AI, 18 Hafez Ramadan Street, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. We are responsible for the data this website collects. For anything about privacy, write to contact@nooraisolutions.com.

What we collect and why

  • Visit statistics, only if you agree. When you press Accept on the banner, we load Google Analytics to learn which pages are read, roughly from which country and device, and which links are pressed (such as the booking or email links). Before you accept, nothing is loaded or sent to Google. We use no advertising cookies and do not link these statistics to who you are.
  • What you send us. If you email us or use our contact form (a Google Form), we keep your message and details to reply and follow up the conversation.
  • Booking a call. The intro-call link opens a Google Calendar booking page, where you enter your name and email so we can send you the invitation.
  • Server logs. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs visitors' IP addresses for security and operation, as any web server does.

We do not sell any data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes the data

We use Google (Analytics, and Google Workspace for email, calendar and the contact form) and GitHub (website hosting). These companies process data on their own servers, which may be outside Egypt, including in the United States.

This page covers the website only. Our clients' systems run on their own infrastructure, and how their data is handled is governed by the contract with each client.

How long we keep it

  • Google Analytics statistics: no longer than 14 months.
  • Emails: for as long as the conversation is active, then as business records and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its processing, under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and any other law that applies to you. Write to contact@nooraisolutions.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changing your statistics choice

We keep your choice (Accept or Decline) in your browser only. To change it, press the button below and the banner will appear again. If you accepted and now decline, reload the page to stop Google Analytics.
